PeerBuddies Collaboration (Cycle 1)
The Grace Fisher Foundation is delighted to partner with PeerBuddies for an inspiring new program hosted at our Inclusive Arts Clubhouse. This collaboration provides a supportive environment where PeerBuddies participants can build social skills while enjoying enriching activities like art, music, and dance—offered exclusively for PeerBuddies families at no cost.
Sessions will be held on Thursdays from 4:00-5:30 PM, beginning March 13, 2025, and running for six weeks:

This unique program is open to participants aged 4 to 22 who experience challenges with social skills. Peer Buddy volunteers, matched by age, will join participants in activities facilitated by trained PeerBuddies Clinical Supervisors. Families will receive progress reports and updates after each session.
Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, prioritizing those who are a strong fit for the program. To apply, complete the application form and select the “PeerBuddies-Grace Fisher Collaboration Group Sessions” option. Once your application is received, a complimentary virtual intake will be scheduled to ensure the program is a good match for your child.

Save Santa Barbara Steelhead!
The Grace Fisher Foundation is honored to be part of the Save Santa Barbara Steelhead campaign! As the featured artist, Grace Fisher will showcase her artwork, inspired by the beauty of nature and the urgent need for conservation.
Stop by the Grace Fisher Foundation booth to view and purchase Grace’s artwork, with proceeds supporting conservation efforts. Participate in an interactive community art project celebrating the endangered Southern California Steelhead and learn how art can inspire action in protecting our environment.
An esteemed panel of experts will also discuss the history of steelhead in our region, the challenges they face, and what we can do to help save them. Panelists include representatives from the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians, CA Department of Fish & Wildlife, Environmental Defense Center and more!

The Grace Fisher Foundation invites you to an unforgettable watch party for our 7th annual Winter Music Showcase, recorded live at the Granada Theatre! Experience an evening filled with inspiring performances and artistic expression as we celebrate the incredible talents of our adaptive music program participants.
A highlight of the night will be the premiere of a brand-new original composition and short film by Grace Fisher, a highly anticipated moment of the event. The evening will also feature stunning performances by Santa Barbara Chamber Players, Jackson Gillies, Will Breman, Music Academy of the West – Sing, Elite Dance Company, and more!

Jeff Miller has played guitar for many years as a songwriter in Nashville, as a member of bands, and as a guitar teacher. In this four-week workshop, he will teach students the chords and techniques that will enable them to play their favorite songs!

Adaptive art activity for adults with developmental disabilities in coordination with Devereaux.
An hour exploring different textures and mediums. Projects include collage, paint, sculpture and more!
